The Deli Global is a nice, cute little coffee shop, but the atmosphere isn’t very calm. It feels more like everyone is in a rush to get orders done, which makes it seem like a race rather than a place to relax and enjoy your coffee. The cappuccino I had was good, and the staff were nice, but they could be a bit more friendly, relaxed, and welcoming with a smile. Overall, it’s fine for a quick stop, but not ideal if you’re looking for a laid back café vibe.

from an American perspective, this was the best food I’ve had on my trip to Edinburgh and I’m still thinking about my panini two years later
