Used the drive threw it was not very busy but did have a little wait to order and for my drink once ordered.

I don’t usually dine in here as I mostly just go through the drive-thru or order on the app for a quick pick-up. But today my whole family went in around 4pm, and it was super busy with a long line at the drive-thru, so only one person was serving at the counter. Michael was really patient, apologised for the wait, and was so friendly to our toddler. Our little one accidentally knocked over the drink at the table, and when my partner went up to ask for some towels or a mop to clean it, Michael came over to help us clean up and even offered us another drink. Honestly, that was such great service and really left a good impression on us.
