I recently discovered canelés at another bakery and liked them, so when I saw Project Canelé in Edinburgh I stopped in to try one of theirs. Their canelés were truly amazing; they blew the previous one I tried out of the water! It’s not often that you taste something that brilliant and well-crafted in a coffee shop. The coffee was good as well and staff are friendly. You have to try these - people should be queuing up for them!
