Kind of depressing. Uninspired food and thoroughly average coffee. WiFi cuts out about every thirty seconds. Music playing over the speakers is a modern equivalent of elevator music. The person behind the counter wasn't rude, but also couldn't care less about my patronage. I had a premade croque Monsieur and a long black, which was over-extracted. I really want this place to be good, but I just can't find anything good to say.
