When I had just arrived in Edinburgh and lost my phone, I felt utterly helpless. I walked into Popeye, paid cash for a small meal, and gathered the courage to ask Kia and her colleague for help. Kia kindly lent me her phone, and with it I drew a map that allowed me to find my way home that night. Kia is not from the UK, yet she embodied the true spirit of Edinburgh—warm, generous, and full of kindness. I will never forget this little shop on Princes Street.

I just one off help crew member in lobby. I say Edinburgh people has good friendly warm in lobby and love meal delicious. Nice to meet her who call Ruby. She was good customer help them. Crew and manager well done excellent strong team in Edinburgh. I miss them
