Order for two bowls of soup, one with a scone, taken by polite young woman. It took a while but we were reassured by the same person it was on its way. So far so good - it is festival time and the cafe was busy. Unfortunately when it arrived the soup was barely warm and we had to take it back where a male member of staff rather grudgingly undertook to have it heated up. It returned not much hotter but having waited so long and heading for a train we ate it. I have been here a few times and there has never been a problem before but this was disappointing.
