On a mini vacation and was on the hunt for ramen since it was rainy and cold out and found this spot walking down Southbridge. Wasn't too busy so I was sat very quickly and was happy to find a lot of different options for veggie & chicken. Decided to go with the spicy chicken and it was a flavor 💣! Just the right amount of heat, was served piping hot with onlu about a 10min wait. It's a smaller spot and they do have a very clean bathroom downstairs. Noticed that they have a bar though I visited in the afternoon. Would definitely go back when I'm back in Edinburgh.
