Stilvolles vegetarisches Erlebnis bei Hendersons Das Hendersons überzeugt sofort mit seiner stilvollen Atmosphäre und dem super freundlichen Personal 🌱. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber Allergenen – man fühlt sich ernst genommen und gut beraten. Die Vorspeise, die „5 Nibbles“ mit Sauerteigbrot 🥖, war ein echtes Highlight und hat den Abend sehr schön eingeleitet. Auch das Haggis sowie das „Marinated Lion’s Mane Mushroom Steak 🍄“ waren solide und geschmacklich fein abgestimmt. Der Sbriciolata Cake und der Affogato ☕🍰 bildeten einen runden und genussvollen Abschluss. Etwas schade war die zu schnelle Abfolge der Gänge – kaum waren die Vorspeisen serviert, folgte bereits der Hauptgang. Ein etwas gemächlicherer Rhythmus hätte das Erlebnis entspannter gemacht. Zudem blieb der „Wow-Effekt“ trotz guter Qualität aus, gerade weil die Erwartungen durch die sehr hohen Bewertungen im Vorfeld etwas höher waren. Ein gutes vegetarisches Restaurant mit feinen Gerichten, aufmerksamem Service und gemütlichem Ambiente. Wer kreative Küche auf hohem Niveau sucht, wird zufrieden sein – wer jedoch nach überraschenden Geschmacksexplosionen Ausschau hält, könnte etwas enttäuscht sein. Trotzdem empfehlenswert für ein entspanntes Dinner in stilvollem Rahmen 🫶🏼🍽️💫.
