I didn’t get to see the One O’Clock Gun firsthand because I was not able to get a ticket for Edinburgh Castle for around 1pm and so, in my quest to still witness it, decided to sit down in Princes Street Gardens and look up to try and catch a glimpse of it. Lo and behold I managed to do just that, even catching the gun barrel firing! It was quite humorous hearing people unaware of the gun leap in fear in the gardens below!

I saw so many phones and people filming. I thought the view was that great... but it was just a military canon. 5 Stars if they use a real one 😀
