Very worked on ambience, super-attentive staff and, most importantly, delicious ramen! I got the spicy and it was REALLY spicy (but in all fairness I was actively warned about it so that is absolutely on me. The broth was very tasty, surprisingly not too salty which tends to be the case and was a very welcomed. The ingredients were VERY tasty, all very flavory in its own individual way, which made the ramen very interesting. The 5/5 for me would have been if the tofu had followed this trend; I found it a little flavorless, breaking the strongly good impression of the rest of the rest of the dish. It's a little bit on the pricy side (which makes sense given the location) but it's very confidently worth it! Definitely one of the best ramen places I've been in Dublin.
