I ordered the Roost burger, and I didn’t expect it to have a sour taste. I was almost finished when the staff asked me how it was. I gave my honest opinion and said I would prefer if the sour flavor was mentioned in the menu description. To my surprise, they kindly offered to replace it—even though I had nearly finished it! They gave me another burger with a honey flavor instead. It wasn’t too sweet, just a really nice balance. The customer service was amazing. They even asked if I wanted a drink. Really impressed by how friendly and thoughtful the staff were.
