⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Exceptional customer service & kindness After a disappointing experience at another nearby restaurant, my mom and I went to Musashi and the difference in service was night and day. Not only was the staff incredibly kind and welcoming, but they actually invited my mom to sit down while she waited for her order. When she stepped outside for some fresh air, they even came outside and hand delivered the food to her, along with sweets. It was such a small gesture, but it meant the world to us after being made to feel so unwelcome elsewhere. This kind of care and thoughtfulness is exactly what customer service should be. We were genuinely touched and we’ll absolutely be coming back. Thank you Mushashi!
