5-Star Review for the General Manager at Milano, Clarion Quay, Dublin I had the pleasure of dining at Milano, Clarion Quay recently, and what truly elevated the experience was the outstanding leadership of the General Manager. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the team operated with a level of professionalism and warmth that clearly reflects strong, hands-on management. The General Manager was visible on the floor, actively engaging with guests and staff alike, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. It's rare to see such a perfect balance of efficiency, friendliness, and genuine care. You could tell the staff respected and were motivated by their leadership, which translated into top-tier service and a great dining atmosphere.
