The General Manager was visible on the floor, actively engaging with guests and staff alike, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. It's rare to see such a perfect balance of efficiency, friendliness, and genuine care. You could tell the staff respected and were motivated by their leadership, which translated into top-tier service and a great dining atmosphere.
