I have wanted to try Chubby’s since it was a food truck and finally had the opportunity to enjoy their food this weekend at their restaurant. Getting good Mexican food in Dublin has always been a challenge, but this place is truly sublime. I think my eyes were a bit bigger than my stomach though as we couldn’t even finish all the food we ordered despite it being so delicious. Standout dishes for me were the birria tacos which had a slight aniseed aftertaste and the slow roasted pork roll which just melted in your mouth it was so tender. Price was incredibly fair and the ambience of the restaurant was great. Already looking forward to coming back again.

We had a such lovely lunch today at Chubby’s! The food was really tasty, creative, and the service was so fast / attentive! We can see why this place is being talked about so much. Special shoutout to the Chefs & the two amazing servers! We will be back! Also Dog friendly 🙏🏻
