Man kann hier sicher gut Halloween Party feiern. Gruselig ist es schon beim betreten. Es kreischen die Krähen. Kaum Besucher am Strand. Der Ort ist dem Zerfall überlassen. Bevor man in Dubai in ein "Hochglanzprojekt" investiert, sollte man diesen Ort besuchen. So sieht der Ort zwei Jahre nach dem Platzen der Blase. Fallout könnte hier auch eine neue Folge drehen

رائع في الزيارة التي تمت قبل ثلاث سنوات وعندمازرته مرة أخرى يوم الاثنين ٢٨ يوليو ٢٠٢٥م وجدته مغلقا بصورة نهائية عدا جزء بسيط من الشاطي فيجب الانتباه.
