About

The Jumeirah Mosque in Dubai, opened in 1979, offers a captivating glimpse into Islamic architecture and culture. Known for its stunning design and capacity to hold up to 1,000 people, this mosque stands out as the only one in Dubai open to non-Muslims. Visitors can enjoy a guided tour lasting about 75 minutes, where the knowledgeable and engaging guide explains the five pillars of Islam, demonstrates prayer, and provides cultural insights.

With an average rating of 4.6 on Google, the mosque is highly recommended for its accessibility and welcoming atmosphere. A visit usually spans 1-2 hours and costs approximately 40 AED, which includes light refreshments and tea. Additional features like traditional Emirati snacks, coffee, free henna, and falcon holding make the visit even more memorable. A dress code requiring modest attire is enforced, with traditional clothing available if needed.

The experience is further enriched by a museum visit, a small buffet, and an excellent gift shop offering high-quality local crafts. Overall, Jumeirah Mosque offers great value for money and stands as a must-visit attraction in Dubai for its cultural and educational significance.

Absolutely recommended. We really enjoyed the visit with our guide. We had the opportunity to directly learn from him about Islam, having a deep understanding of the different matters. All open questions, as he said. The mosque was also very beautiful. We did the visit at 10:00, before and after there were opportunities for henna and a breakfast. All included in the price ticket. 40Dirhams per person. In case you don’t bring the necessary clothes, they give it to you (both male and female) Thanks so so so much, truly happy of having visited. Real part of visiting Dubai.
