Interesting to learn the history of the UAE. Try to time your visit to be able to go on a 20 minute tour. (top of each hour except 1pm, I think). The two movies in the museum are worth watching. We spent about 1.5 hours.

The whole story of how the Emirates came to be. This is a beautiful museum and a must if you are in Dubai.
