Fantastic taste, plating, and service 🧭 we tried four rolls, each was delicious and unique in its taste profile (asparagus tempura maki, pal choi tempura and baked eggplant special roll, oyster mushroom futomaki, and the smoked tofu tempura roll) 🧭 the plating was beautiful as were the handmade sushi rolls themselves 🧭 no alcoholic beverages on the menu but the nonalcoholic IPA was actually pretty tasty 🧭 the young waitress was very sweet and helpful and kind even though people kept coming late (meaning she’d have to work past closing 🧭 everything was perfection, only small note that it would have been nice if our waitress had pointed out which sushi roll was which as it wasn’t entirely obvious before tasting
