Non sono un cliente abituale del McDonald, ed è la prima volta che ordino tramite il totem, quindi la recensione non riguarda Spinea ma è generale trattandosi del software: trovo davvero contro ogni regola della UX che per confermare quanto scelto, e vedendo il riepilogo sulla sinistra, sia necessario toccare “NO SALSA” per completare e procedere con il pagamento e la scelta del numero del tavolo. Sarebbe molto più intuitivo un bottone CONFERMA o FINE. Sul resto no comment. Servizio super rapido. Ordine arrivato al tavolo completo.
