베니스와서 한식 먹고 싶으시면 고민하지 마시고 이집 오세요. 식당 분위기, 맛, 서비스 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 유럽 여러곳 다니면서 한식당 많이 가봤는데 여기처럼 정갈하게 나오는 곳은 없었어요. 밑반찬 많고 주차 공간 넓고 룸도 있더라구요. 덕분에 오늘 저녁 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다.

Non sono un esperto di cucina coreana. Non so dirti se certi sapori rispettano la tradizione alla lettera. Ma ogni volta che ci sono andato con chi la Corea la conosce davvero, ho ricevuto la stessa conferma: qui la mano si sente. Il locale è elegante, curato in ogni aspetto. All’ingresso tutto è raccolto, silenzioso, con luci soffuse e tavoli ben distanziati. Poi c’è la sala interna, quella riservata ai gruppi, dove spesso arrivano comitive coreane vere e proprie. E anche questo qualcosa lo dice. Se vengono qui a mangiare in pullman interi, un motivo c’è. La cucina è precisa, saporita, senza concessioni. Il bibimbap arriva rovente nella pietra, con l’uovo ancora integro ad amalgamare tutto. Le verdure fresche, il riso croccante sul fondo, la carne ben marinata: ogni cucchiaiata racconta un pezzo di equilibrio. La zuppa di alghe ha un gusto pulito, delicato, perfettamente bilanciato. Il maiale saltato, piccante quanto basta, ti colpisce dritto ma non stanca. E tra i piatti più particolari, spicca il jokbal: fettine di piedino brasato a lungo, lucide e morbide, da arrotolare nella lattuga con salse, cipolla grigliata e peperoni. Un piatto che non si dimentica facilmente, per struttura e intensità. Il servizio è rapido e gentile. Il personale non si perde in chiacchiere, ma lavora con discrezione e attenzione. Ci sono posti che provano a imitare una cultura. E poi ci sono quelli che la vivono, ogni giorno. Questo è uno di quelli.
