I had the pleasure of dining at El Poblet in Valencia, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, the team made sure everything was perfect, especially taking extra care with my food allergy by offering alternative dishes without compromising on creativity or flavor. Both the front of house and the kitchen were highly professional and welcoming, making us feel well looked after throughout the evening. We chose the largest tasting menu, and it was truly worth it – every course was beautifully crafted, balanced, and full of personality.
