Uno de los mejores arroces de Valencia y de los que he probado en mi vida. Si amas la comida y eres exigente con arroces, llama y reserva una mesa. Pedimos el arroz negro, las croquetas de bacalao y el pan con alioli y tomate. Es difícil que te quede un arroz negro en su punto sin quemarse o ser empalagoso: aquí lo consiguen a la perfección. En su punto y con sabores que te llenaban la boca y el alma. Quiero volver y probar todos los arroces que tiene y el resto de platos. El servicio muy profesional, rápido, y con camareros amables que conocían la cocina. Además, el chef va paseando cuando puede y está verdaderamente interesado en tu reacción. Me ha encantado. Tienen una carta de vinos muy cuidada, y una serie de entrantes, tapas y postres perfecta para acompañar. Repetiré sin duda.
