Era mi primera vez en este sitio, me he llevado una grata sorpresa, no soy nada fan del pescado ( no consumo nada de pescado ) por los sabores tan fuertes que tienen de normal, pero me animé a probarlo todo , en el caso de los pescados me los comí de tal manera que me faltó “chuparme los dedos” ( como he dicho antes de normal no me gusta el pescado ) pero como cocinan aquí es especial, es una mezcla de sabores , texturas y sensaciones maravillosas , salí súper saciada tanto yo como mi pareja que come mucho de normal y esto lo valoro también, porque además de probar sabores increíbles, quedarse saciado me parece imprescindible, dar la enhorabuena a Rakel , a Javier y a todo el maravilloso equipo que hay detrás de toda esta experiencia, se nota que hay mucho trabajo detrás de cada plato y sabor , hay una variedad increíble de comida , nosotros cogimos el menú mediano que eran 9 platos, cada uno de ellos es increíble, es una experiencia única que recomiendo hacer por lo menos una vez, además de que lo que más me gustó fue lo personal que resultó esta experiencia, es un sitio muy tranquilo e inmersivo y eso lo agradezco ya que da mucho gusto cenar tranquilamente sin barullo y sin gente gritando , mi enhorabuena a todo el equipo, sin duda repetiremos!!!

I took my husband to this restaurant for his birthday. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated our experience. The food was amazing and so unique that it is hard to put words to it. If I told you it was Absolutely Delicious, it wouldn’t be enough. The Service was just as amazing as the food. Everything was meticulous and every detail was taken care of. We never had to ask for a thing. But, what truly made this restaurant rise above the rest was the staff. From the owner of the restaurant down to the young man who kept our water glasses full; each and every single one of them were enthusiastic and happy. They all made us feel welcomed during our visit. The chef came out and talked to us, she was fun and gracious, spending more than a few minutes talking to us. All I can tell you is that this restaurant provided us one of the very best experiences we have had in Valencia.
