One word: SPECTACULAR!!! If you ever have an incline to move to Luxembourg, it would make us the happiest :))) In all seriousness though, this was a truly amazing experience and we are very grateful

We were initially sat in the back bar area which we didn't love, but they accommodated our request to move to the main bar once space opened up. The first couple omakase courses were only ok, but the nigiri was fantastic. The hotate was probably the best I've ever had and they also served Mediterranean red prawn that was both unique and amazing. Can't wait to come back when they have purple uni! Apparently this is only found in the Mediterranean and is only available for 10 weeks during the year.
