Un paio di giorni fa, dopo ferragosto, sono stato da Poldino con amici. Poldino è un posto che conosco da tanto tempo, perché a lungo ho frequentato il Parco San Rossore. La sera torrida non ha influito sulla serata perché il gran verde del parco mitiga molto la calura estiva, e la bellissima sede esterna, in legno, è efficace nel non trattenere il calore del giorno. Abbiamo ordinato un insieme di antipasti perché quelli di Poldino sono estremamente attraenti e di certo non hanno molto a che vedere col vecchio "prosciutto e salame" dei vecchi tempi. Meravigliosi. Poi ho ordinato la trippa, che è un piatto particolare, nient'affatto semplice da realizzare, perché con niente diventa pesante, o troppo carico. Invece era una poesia. Abbiamo condiviso con mia moglie queste opinioni. Non metto cinque stelle solo perché mi riservo di tornare d'inverno e cenare in sala, dove per adesso ho solo fotografato il gatto di Poldino. Tovagliati ottimi, posate e bicchieri di qualità, pane fatto in casa con grani antichi, servizio attento e gentilissimo. OVVIAMENTE, magia del posto, la presenza di animali selvatici come Volpi e Cinghiali, tutt'altro che aggressivi, dolcissimi, avvicininabili e perfettamente conosciuti dal personale.

Una esperienza senz’altro positiva in un ambiente a contatto con la natura, con i cinghiali ad un metro dal nostro tavolo. Il servizio è stato puntuale e molto cortese. Il cibo preparato con cura è stato eccellente. Un ristorante da consigliare
