Siamo passati una mattina da ER Pisa in cerca di dolci senza glutine e lattosio, che evitiamo per motivi di salute. Appena entrati, siamo rimasti colpiti dai banconi: stracolmi di dolci, salati, biscotti e pane, tutto completamente gluten free. Una vista davvero rara, anche per chi, come me, viaggia spesso per lavoro nel Nord Italia e visita molte pasticcerie specializzate. Io ho preso il babà gigante, il mio dolce preferito, e devo dire che era davvero più buono di un babà tradizionale: soffice, ben imbevuto, con crema chantilly e mirtilli un abbinamento eccezionale. Il mio amico ha scelto la focaccia, anch’essa molto buona e fragrante. Presi dalla bontà dei prodotti, prima di andare via abbiamo deciso di condividere un'altra prelibatezza vista in vetrina: una sfoglia con chantilly e frutta fresca. Purtroppo questa ci ha un po’ deluso, risultando secca, fredda e umidiccia, come se fosse vecchia. Nel complesso una pasticceria senza glutine con una scelta ampia e prodotti di alta qualità, con qualche piccola eccezione. I prezzi sono adeguati alla qualità e all’artigianalità. Un indirizzo da provare se cercate prodotti senza glutine e lattosio senza rinunciare al gusto. Personale gentile. Consigliato
