Una delle più interessanti basiliche di Napoli, sarete accolti dai volontari del Touring Club Italiano per un'esperienza affascinante.

Die Kirche wurde an jenem Ort erbaut, an dem sich in der griechischen Antike die Agora und später der römische Dioskurentempel befanden. Zwei Säulen dieses antiken Tempels sind bis heute erhalten und wurden in die Fassade der Kirche integriert. Wie viele historische Kirchen in Neapel ist auch sie im Barockstil errichtet und beeindruckt mit ihrer Schönheit. Von der Kirchentreppe aus bietet sich zudem ein schöner Blick auf den Platz davor.
