We've come here for 2 years in a row for my country music loving friends birthday and its such a lovely venue. The manager Sinead (sorry if Ive spelt this wrong) is an absolute diamond and a fantastic and thoughtful host. The women's toilets are so fabulous. Theres a good mixture of locals and country music people in there. The food is really yummy, and when theyve had live bands its been really awesome too. Would totally recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Brilliant pub/ honkytonk bar. Excellent drinks: cocktails with top quality ingredients, various draught beers and unusually, two top imported German lagers on tap. Rarely available Jever in the fridge and of course, Mexican cola. This shows an attention to detail. Always welcoming ( never, ever experienced discrimination) to all comers over the age of 21...though we have seen a puppy or two, so not strictly enforced regarding pets. The ladies loo is a shrine to Dolly Parton ( singer, songwriter, philanthropist). It is easy to converse even though good music is playing, but obviously not during live gigs. This place combines a friendly relaxed pub which gently rocks up as the evening progresses. A real gem in Highgate.
