Jovan @ Brewdog Waterloo is a star player and a great addition to the staffing at what looks to be somewhat of a Flagship venue. Where others failed to deliver suitable information about ordering, followed by what seemed to be ‘forgotten Customer Service’, Jovan stepped in with excellent employee knowledge, focus and commitment to the roll that ultimately saved what could have been a very disappointing experience to a ‘let’s do this again’… great job and thanks.
