Came here to watch the football and enjoy a few drinks. When ordering, we were accidentally charged for a pitcher instead of a glass, which we didn’t notice straight away with all the excitement of the game. Once we realised and spoke to the bar staff, they were quick to apologise and immediately fixed the issue. We received a full refund, and they even offered us some complimentary drinks, which wasn’t expected but was very much appreciated. A simple mistake handled really well, great service!
