We recently visited Wagamama and had a mixed, but overall positive, experience. My mum ordered the Chicken Ramen, which unfortunately didn’t taste as good as it usually does – something that has never happened to us here before. The big plus was the way the situation was handled: the manager kindly allowed us to swap the dish, which we really appreciated. Instead, we tried the Chicken Noodles with Amai Sauce, and they were absolutely delicious – full of flavour and definitely something I’d recommend wholeheartedly. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way they dealt with it showed great customer care. We’ll definitely be back!
