Stars given for general Food, the personalities of the staff and how they tried their best to be helpful during our visit consequently putting a discount onto our final bill due to the long wait. Negatives were the wait when we arrived (even though we had a reservation), no wraps for the fajitas even though this was stated on menu - taco shells instead! And general ambience of the restaurant, the “TGI Experience” is no longer around it seems!

I was very excited to come here for the first time, and was not disappointed. Hands down the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had, and the food was very reasonably priced compared to other places in the area. Lots of food for the money. Garlic bread was just ok.
