The coffee and croissant were very good. Super flaky, buttery croissant and nice coffee. The staff is nice but did not know the meal deals and the front order touch pads did not work. As I sat and read my book, I noticed people coming in and trying the touch pads. Not one staff told any costumer. So I watched 40% of the people leave. I actually got up and told some people the touch pads were not working so they need to order at the counter. The staff clearly doesn’t care about the welfare of the business and doesn’t realize that customers mean job security. You might want to have a customer service training day because the staff is sweet they just need to be aware of issues and how to trouble shoot.
