I fully recommend this cystern I was there around 13:00 at Sunday and I was here alone. It is beautiful and the enterance fee for non turkish tourist is only 10€ with is nothing compare to Basilica cystern enterance fee. I have to praising the cash register staff was very nice and speak English very well.
