A good place is one that knows how to adapt its services to the customers and the location. Pitstop has made the move towards a more refined and exciting food concept, perfectly located on the Quai des Bergues. I really encourage everyone to go and try it out! I think every place should be free to evolve in its own way and explore new directions, it’s great to see Pitstop doing just that.
