L’accueil, le service, les vins et le goût des plats sont exceptionnels. Je recommande à 100% ce restaurant pour ceux qui recherchent des saveurs qui resteront gravé dans la mémoire.

Entrée excellente, le reste est bon, bien présenté, mais tout est un peu sous forme de sorbet (peut-être que c'est le menu de l'été mais en tout cas pas vraiment de mâche, dommage), pas de légume. Le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un étoilé ils sont débordés. Obligé de réclamer les verres de vins alors que j'avais pris un accord mets et vins, idem pour l'eau (bon point elle est gratuite). Le cadre n'a pas vraiment de charme, on mange au milieu de tables laissées volontairement vides. J'ai mieux mangé au restaurant du groupe à Crans-Montana (La Maison), et dans un cadre plus sympa.
