Parfois, la cuisine n’est pas constante, variation de qualité ou de poids pour le même produit, (à carte)… Les dernières moules servies par exemple, trop de maïzena dans le jus des moules, au bout de 10 minutes le jus était figé avec les moules… D’ailleurs pourquoi en mettre de la maïzena, Bref, la prochaine fois je sais comment je veux les moules, sans maïzena. Sinon le cadre, il est méditerranéen, et animé… J’y retourne malgré mes critiques… Mais je précise pour certains plat, de comment je les veux
