I never imagined I’d give five stars to a humble sushi takeaway but you NEED to try this. It is hands down the freshest, tastiest sushi we have ever tasted in Copenhagen. The vegetables were crunchy, the seafood fresh (as you expect but very rarely get) and flavours were just everything you could hope for. Some surprises included a tiny slice of raspberry on the nigiri tuna, which sounded insane but WORKED - to our astringent. Some pieces had cress which looked weird and sounded even worse, but that also worked. Forget about all the cheap alternatives which are actually not much cheaper anyway and don’t offer this degree of freshness, and try this one. As a treat to yourself and your loved one, a date or a mate. You won’t regret it. I guarantee you that!
