The plating was an art form, and the way the chefs paired aromas and flavours was simply brilliant. The team's commitment was especially impressive—I had the pleasure of meeting some of the kitchen staff who were genuinely enthusiastic and deeply committed to their craft. Their dedication and creativity were evident in every dish.
I recently tried to book a table but was unable to, which was a huge disappointment. This has only fueled my excitement to return in the coming months, and I'm confident that Geranium's pursuit of excellence has only continued to evolve.
