We had a dinner. Large group so we could not eat outside but then we moved for the desert and coffee outside. The food is delicious and the place is worth recommending. I found chips, ceviche and octopussy the best. I was not convinced by the main course (chicken) still delicious and the desert was fantastic. The service is good and helpful and friendly. The amazing ambience of less busy Nyhavn is fantastic when staying outdoors. Note they produce their own beer in the backyard. If you have a chance please visit. Overall 4,3 stars for me. We have now had the lunch composed of the trio of traditional Danish open sandwiches: Fish fillet and chicken salat on rye and shrimps on toast. Fanstatic bread and the topping. Bistro Summer is a must on a sunny day when in Nyhavn (outside) and when rainy (inside). I would go to 4.8 starts for the food.

We had the dinner last time and now we tried their lunch offer. We booked their signature tro with open samdwiches Danish styke: shrimps, fish and chicken salat. The food was delicious including rye bread and toast. On the lovely sunny day it is a must check in when you are in Nyhavn

We had a wonderful evening at Bistro Summér, the menu was exquisite and the service outstanding. We chose the 5-course menu, and every dish was creative and beautifully plated. I enjoy cooking and hosting, and I left feeling inspired and eager to return. Definitely worth the experience.
