On first "acquaintance", the Amadeo restaurant may seem somewhat dim, but such a reception recreates the atmosphere of the time in which the great composer Amadeus Mozart lived and created. In the evenings, the restaurant primarily uses candle lighting, and the tall windows are concealed behind heavy folds of velvet curtains.

Inside, there are plenty of live evergreen plants, and the walls are adorned with antique carved mirrors in expensive frames, complementing the equally luxurious furniture. The culinary emphasis is on traditional Belgian cuisine, beloved by both locals and visitors to Brussels. The walnut bread, made right here, enjoys incredible popularity among the guests.

Obligada parada en Bruselas. Es un sitio en el que puedes comer todas las costillas que quieras, sin límite. Cuesta 25 euros por persona, te ponen un costillar, te lo terminas, y viene el siguiente. Y así hasta que tu quieras. Y encima son costillares buenos, de buena calidad, de los que se deshacen de lo tiernos que están cuando los partes. Espectacular, en serio, no hay palabras que describan este restaurante. 10/10
