First night I had the most delicious vegetable soup with flavorful meat samoosas as a light meal. Second night I tried the mixed thali and although the lamb korma and butter chicken were too sweet for my taste, the chicken madras, shrimp dansak and mutton masala were delicious. I even enjoyed the fluffy basmati rice.
