During my visit from the USA to Spain, my first stop for brunch, or "almuerzo" as it's called, was at a local eatery in Cuenca. The portions were generous, and the food was delicious. It has since become my go-to spot whenever I'm in the area. I also enjoyed speaking a bit of English with the owner, who is quite the jack of all trades. I highly recommend stopping by when you’re in town.
