La Ponderosa és una parada obligatòria si vens a conèixer a Cuenca. Un local petit i molt autèntic. Restaurant per fer tapeo a peu dret acompanyat amb un bon vi. Tots els productes que ofereixen són frescos i de molt bona qualitat. Qualsevol ració d’embotits, carn o peix és millor que l’anterior. Recomanaria provar els boquerons (en vinagre o fregits), l’amanida de tomàquet amb ventresca i els embotits: el formatge, el pernil ibèric i el llom ibèric.
