About

Christian's Church in Copenhagen, a gem from 1759 designed by Nicolai Eigtved, offers a serene escape amidst its architectural wonders. With its theatre-style design, this church stands out with three-storied galleries and unique separate boxes on the upper floors. The interior is both unusual and tranquil, enhanced by the beautifully adorned pipe organ and elegant chandeliers. Visitors are greeted by a captivating model of the Livingston ship at the entrance. The small altar, complemented by an instrument above it, adds to its charm. Explore the crypt that holds historical coffins and contemporary memorials. Open on non-event days, Christian's Church invites you to experience its understated elegance free of charge. Rated 4.5 on Google, it's an attraction worth your visit.

Vi var ikke inde i kirken, men til koncert i haven. Det var et fint arrangement.

Den bedste præst til en afslappet vielse.

La chiesa ha una architettura molto particolare ed insolita all'interno. Interessante anche la cripta.
