What a cool spot 🙌🏽 I came here after a parkrun before heading back and just simply wanted a oat matcha latte. The vibe is SOOO nice and quiet on a Saturday morning. It's very clean and super welcoming. I saw a giant dog bowl so it's definitely dog friendly and that's a plus. There's a 10% student discount too. And seemingly every kind of tea you can think of! My order was super weird because i wanted everything to be different. They even do a raspberry matcha bubble tea, which is delightful. And on top of that the lady I spoke with was really welcoming too. Totally coming back here if I'm in the area again

I’ve been coming here for years and can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal. The poached eggs are always cooked to perfection and the coffee always hits the spot. The staff are really friendly and I’d highly recommend.
