Their Thai tacos were awesome. Flaky parathas, lots of flavour in the filling, tender chicken. And their vegetarian sticky seitan option had exactly the right mouthfeel. The other menu options were fine as well: nice spicy & herby rainbow salad, interesting mushroom laab. But the main attraction are their tacos.

Brother Thai is my go-to spot for Thai food in Cardiff. The red curry rice bowl with roti is my absolute favourite, and the waterfall salad makes a perfect palate cleanser. The place is always buzzing with people, so I’d definitely recommend booking ahead!
