An excellent eating experience. The food is of the highest quality. The atmosphere is relaxed. The customer service is second to none. Can get very busy at the weekend, and it is the place to go after a six nations rugby match, so avoid if you want a quieter time. Have visited many times, and have never been disappointed. The take away service has the same high standards, and I would totally recommend.

We went to Star Of Wales for my birthday meal and had such a wonderful time. The staff of this close knit family reataurant were kind, personable and very knowledgeable about the menu and we had a great friendly chat with our waiter. We were looked after throughout the dining experience and, importantly, as my wife is Coeliac, the allergens are marked clearly on the menu. Also, they just cannot be beaten on price, we spent between £30-40 each but we had a big meal and several drinks! Star of Wales gets my wholehearted recommendation for any diners looking for delicious Bangladeshi/Indian cuisine in a very classic looking setting.
