I’d been having a few disappointing food days in the UK, but this place completely redeemed the experience, it was the first truly great meal I’ve had here. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish was explained to us with care, and there was no sense of being rushed, which made the whole evening even more enjoyable. A special mention to our waiter, Harrison, polite, accommodating, and genuinely a pleasure to chat with. His service really added to the experience. The drinks were also excellent and paired perfectly with the food. Overall, amazing food, amazing service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful food and brilliant service. Yes the CARROT is special and so is the flat bread with hummus! We had Josh as our server and he was excellent guiding and advising us through the menu. Highly recommend. Only slight draw back is it’s a small restaurant so you are tightly packed and easily overhear other tables conversations. Other than that get yourself to Parallel

This is my second visit - will probably be my go-to spot now whenever I have friends visiting to show them Cardiff has good food. Food is top notch - nicely prepared, sophisticated and most importantly delicious and quality seems to be consistent. Very friendly staff as well which made our visit extra enjoyable. Walked in twice and still managed to find a table both times but had to sit outside (but was a bit cold) so would recommend booking a table.
